Size & Fit

Sizing varies by brand, product category and intended fit. For the most accurate information, open Size & Fit on the individual product page.

The general apparel guide below explains how to measure your body and how FRAME defines common fit profiles. It is not a universal size conversion chart. All brand footwear conversions are based on information published by the respective brand, and product-specific fit recommendations take priority over the general brand chart.

General apparel — How to measure

Chest
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level.
Inseam
Measure from the top of the inner leg to the ankle or desired trouser length.
Sleeve
Measure from the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder and down to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
Head circumference
Measure around the widest part of your head, approximately 1 cm above the ears.

These are body measurements. Compare them with the measurements or fit guidance on each product page — FRAME does not apply one XS/S/M/L conversion across every brand.

Fit profiles

Slim
Close to the body with limited extra room.
Regular
A balanced fit with comfortable room for everyday movement.
Relaxed
More room through the body or leg for mobility and layering.
Oversized
Intentionally generous volume and proportion.

How to measure your feet

  1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
  2. Wear the socks you plan to use with the footwear.
  3. Stand with your heel against the wall and your foot flat on the paper.
  4. Mark the end of your longest toe.
  5. Repeat for both feet and use the longer measurement.
  6. Compare the result with the size chart for the exact brand and product.
